Thanks! Does this work with the steam version?

It will work if you use the binary and replace it yourself, but I have no idea how Steam will treat that. I can’t be held responsible if you alter your Steam game installation. Steam update should roll out soon; I’ve sent them the files.

When will the OS X version be released?

If you don’t know, can you at least answer me this:
If I buy the PC version right now, can I get the Mac version for free when it comes out? Id est, can I use the same licence for windows right now, and for Mac when it comes out?

I want to try Eufloria, but I don’t want to spend my money twice. xD

Ideally, you will be able to get the Mac version for free if you buy a Windows license now. However, since we haven’t yet worked out the details, don’t take that as confirmation. It might not end up being that way for various reasons, even though it would be what I very much want.

We haven’t got into the meat of discussing it yet, so I can’t offer you an estimate on a release date.

I guess I should finish destroying the campaign AI with mines before applying this patch =)

Thanks for such a marvelous game.
I’m very interested in the v 2.2, and I bought the game via Steam. Do you know when will be the patch avaiable.
    Thanks a lot.
    Congratulations.
    A work of art.

I bought the soundtrack but it didn’t download both times I was allowed. So I paid $10 for music I can’t hear.

Scott, you do know you can email me in the event of a problem with the download, just like it says in the email you received? I’m just a one-man operation and unfortunately cannot automatically sense when someone is having a problem. I’m more than willing to get you the music and fix the problem, and would’ve done so easily within a few hours of your order, had you notified me.

I’ve just sent you an email rectifying the whole situation, so I hope you enjoy the music.

Thank you, Milieu. I feel a bit silly because I didn’t think of emailing you even after it said so in the email.

The link you sent me worked flawlessly, and I have the soundtrack. It’s excellent. I did not intend to deter anyone from buying it or give them a negative impression, and if so I apologize. You did an amazing job with the soundtrack, and it’s so nice to listen to it after a long day at work.

To see Alex and you personally contacting owners of the game really makes us appreciate your hard work and effort even more than we already do. It shows you care, and it means a lot.

I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

    ~Scott.

hi would it be posible play it on mac?

  14. Posted 01/07/2010 at 15:01 | Permalink

Hello, it will probably work ok if you’re running Windows. A native Mac version is currently not on the cards until we’ve ported the game to something that can compile natively on Mac. It used to work with a few tricks, but when we added Lua it all broke. Sorry.
